Policies are in place to ensure a seamless experience for both client and artist. By booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellations & Booking Policies

Your booking is not officially reserved until the required retainer has been received and, for bridal services, the contract has been signed. Due to limited availability, all bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once your booking is officially secured, your date is held exclusively for you and all retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bridal Services

• Once the bridal contract is signed, timelines and head-counts are considered final. Any additions or adjustments made after contract signing may incur both the applicable service cost and an administrative change fee.

• Services not included in the confirmed contract, invoice, or timeline are not guaranteed. If time allows on the wedding day, additional services may be accommodated at the artist’s discretion and billed at the current service rate.

• Final balances are due one week prior to the wedding date.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to artist availability and approval. If approved, a new contract may be issued at current rates and require a new retainer.

• In the rare event Brittany Fishman is unable to fulfill services due to unforeseen circumstances, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a replacement artist. If no replacement can be secured, payments made toward services not rendered will be refunded.

Non-Bridal Services

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a charge of 50% of the service total.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will require payment in full.

Timing & Scheduling

For bridal bookings, service durations are outlined and confirmed in the finalized timeline. The approved timeline must be followed to ensure quality services are provided to each client.

Current Time Guidelines

• Bride Makeup: Approximately 2 hours

• Bridal Party Makeup: Approximately 1 hour per person

Access & Venue Restrictions

If your venue limits access to the bridal suite or getting-ready location, this must be communicated prior to the wedding day. Brittany Fishman and associated artists cannot be held responsible for delays caused by restricted access, late arrivals, or members of the bridal party not being ready at their scheduled service time.

Large Parties & Limited Timelines

Larger bridal parties with shortened service windows may require additional artists, adjusted rates, or compressed scheduling fees in order to accommodate the requested timeline.

Artist Set-Up & Clean-Up

Each artist requires approximately 30 minutes for setup prior to beginning services, as well as 30 minutes for cleanup and load out at the conclusion of the booking. Please ensure your venue timeline allows for this.

Travel

• Travel expenses are the responsibility of the client and will be included in the final invoice.

• Parking fees, valet fees, and venue-related access charges will be included as part of travel expenses.

• Travel is billed on a per-mile round trip basis. For destinations requiring airfare or overnight accommodations, all applicable travel-related expenses will be included in the overall booking total.

• Specific travel costs will be outlined in the individual invoice and/or contract.

Artistic Style & Client Responsibilities

• Artistic Style: Brittany’s signature aesthetic is refined, elevated soft glam with an emphasis on radiant skin, soft definition, and timeless beauty. Her work is best suited for clients who value a polished, natural-forward approach to makeup artistry.

• Allergies & Sensitivities: Clients are responsible for informing the artist of any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to services being rendered.

Pricing

Rates are subject to change until officially secured by signed contract and retainer.

Conduct

All clients and associated parties are expected to maintain respectful conduct throughout the booking process and on the wedding day. Any form of inappropriate conduct toward Brittany Fishman or associated artists may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Should a concern arise regarding services provided, clients are expected to notify the artist immediately so that reasonable efforts toward resolution may be made.

Brittany Fishman reserves the right to decline bookings that are not aligned with her artistic style, scheduling availability, or business structure.
